Yes. If you haven't spent more than 3 credits, email us within 30 days and we'll refund the lot, no questions. If you're over 3 credits we'll pro-rate based on usage — because at that point, something worked enough for you to keep using it.

Never. Alpha and top-up credits sit in your account until you use them. The only reason they'd disappear is if you close your account.

No. Your vault is encrypted client-side with a key derived from your password — we couldn't read it even if we wanted to. Job descriptions and CVs sent to the AI for a single generation are not retained or used for training, per our contract with the model providers. Full privacy policy →
